Hey there, I'm Krystal.

I specialize in helping women over 40 take care of themselves, so they have the energy to go after their big goals and dreams. 

Because I'm one of those women, too. 

Like you, I wear a lot of hats (teacher for 20+ years, Life coach, Neurographica Specialist, mom of two, wife, daughter to aging parents) and it's easy to fall into a rut, get stretched too thin, and let the "busy" take over.

But I learned the hard way (jumping on the burnout train, myself) that to be of use to anyone else, you have to take care of yourself. Period.


So now it's my mission to help women like you find spacious opportunities to tune in, listen to what you want and need, and feel inspired to take action and go get it.
