Hey there, I'm Krystal.

I specialize in all things self-care, helping women (especially 40+) remember what they love doing and find time to do it - even with kids, work, aging parents, and basic life stuff. 

Because when you do more of what brings joy, you'll have the energy for everything else - including your own goals and dreams (because they matter, too).

And it's easy to "stay busy" and ignore the call to do things just for you - because there's always so many demands on your time. 

But I learned the hard way (jumping on the burnout train, myself) that to be of use to anyone else, you have to take care of yourself


So now it's my mission to help women like you find spacious opportunities to tune in, listen to what you want and need, and feel inspired to go get it

One more thing, there's never going to be a "perfect time" when things finally slow down to make time for yourself. 

It's more about deciding that NOW is the time and figuring out what that looks like.
